28 day rental just listed toward off season

Recently, I listed a 28 day rental at the end of the busy season in the Florida Keys. We booked one month so far but not until next February when it’s the busy season again. It’s listed very low for next 3 months. It’s been up for over a month. It no longer says new listing but we only have 1 booking and had 1 inquiry for June but they thought the dock might be too small for their big boat. Is there anything I can do to boost bookings? We have the 20% discount on the first 3 bookings listed. I’ve never done a 28 day rental before. I usually do shorter rentals. Plus the timing of when they got the rental up was not good. The end of the busy season.

My question is have you identified a market for what your offering for your pricing?  A lot of Hosts do have 28 day máximum because of local rules doable.  A party of 8 guests for a month vacation is a restrictive market.  You have a beautiful property, but you have to target the intended market.  

You want to generate general internet searches also.  general internet searches will display Airbnb listings because Airbnb is high traffic\.To rank on their search engines you need "Keywords"
