Hallo. I have had good reviews and no guests through this app this year. What should i do?
How can I get improved my listings and get more booking? I’m struggling with this
@Mahmuda1 At first glance, I suggest getting professional pictures. I would also name the house and use it in the title. There is no "hook" to go from looking to booking. I could also suggest changing up your description as well. I would change the verbiage to be more inviting, than just talking about all of the things in the house. Play around with the verbiage to see what works.
I hope this works and good luck.
@Joe771 I really really appreciate your support. If you don’t mind would you please help me to improve my listings please 🙏 I’m trying everything but which description or name would you perfect I’m struggling with this 😞
Hi @Mahmuda1,
It's great to see that Joe's advice was already helpful!
I wanted to tag in a few more members and see if they have more feedback for you: @Jon5060 @Anika191 @Yvonne953 @Bryon48 @Dana225 do you have any additional suggestions for Mahmuda on how to improve her listings?
Thank you 🙂
Emilie

As the other folks have suggested, better photos are good way to go. Find a real estate photography company, maybe do photos for under $200 and you can get a quick turn around. I saw one of your reviews complained that someone had entered the property while a guest was there. Replying to these negative reviews are important to explain your side of the story. Also, (if you are not doing it already) offering a lower price for the first 5-10 guests to try to encourage more bookings is a great way to kick start your listing.
I have always offered small, inexpensive but greatly appreciated goodies for guests to start their experience on the right foot. Usually I have a couple bottles of water and small chocolates or mints. You can go to costco or sams club or whatever is in your area and for under 30 bucks have these little consumables for the next 10-15 guests.
Thank you so much for your kind words and advice. I will definitely try to do my best. That guest complained with everything, when they entered the house they didn’t even check another full bathroom there before they checked they complained. They wanted to fixed the shower we went there and they complained. They wanted extended but I already rented that’s why they give this review 😞😭
Hey Mahmuda,
You’re definitely on the right track! Once you get another 5-star review and earn Guest Favorite, your ranking will improve, and you’ll start seeing more bookings. In the meantime, here are a few quick adjustments that can help:
Update your title to be more engaging and highlight value—mention proximity to key attractions in Covington.
Refine your description—right now, it’s a bit too focused on history and hospitality. Instead, make it more enticing by emphasizing what makes your space unique (comfort, amenities, style).
Improve your photos—some angles don’t do justice to your beautifully decorated rooms. Try retaking them with better lighting and composition to showcase the space properly.
These small tweaks can make a big difference in attracting guests. Keep going—you’re almost there!
Best wishes,
Jon
