I am a host in Los Angeles and have had my account suspended with no explanation. It took nearly 8 years building this business to manage 25 listings. I have a 92.1% feedback score since my account inception and host nearly 5000 nights a year.
I hope this is an indicator how seriously I take working with Airbnb to create amazing guest experiences and how devoted I am to this vocation.
I would really appreciate it if someone could shine some light on my situation as this is absolutely devastating. I have tried calling, twitter, instagram etc. to receive the same copy and paste messages that mean nothing. I am currently unable to sleep and barely able to run my business. There seems to be so many of these instances on the community threads, perhaps this investigation process is a little inhumane?
