Add to Apple Wallet option has disappeared!

Hello,

I am unable to find the option to add my reservation to my Apple wallet. I saw another post from a week ago in which it was stated there is a bug. Has there been any resolution to this? I do note that my app is fully updated.

I’ve the same problem.

Back in the days, I was adding my reservation cards in apple wallet, but nowadays it seems there’s no option to do it again.

Did the developers say if they intend to fix this bug?

it is almost 4 months now since we Airbnb users can't add our Airbnb reservations to the Apple wallet.

This is not a minor detail for us.

It would be great to get an answer from the responsible developers to see if they are able to/want to/care about fixing this bug that affects all Airbnb+Apple users.

Hello @Pablo1990, 

I wanted to share an update that the 'add to wallet' functionality has been retired.

Guests receive confirmation emails and push notifications that link directly to their trip details in the Airbnb app. This ensures that their trip details are viewed securely and that they view the most up-to-date trip information in the app.

This is a horrible decision, emails and push notifications are not at all the same thing. If it’s something you can’t fix, don’t hide behind nonsense like “we think annoying push notifications and emails are better”.
