Adding Captions to photos on an existing listing

Hi all I am a bit new to this. Can anyone explain about how to put captions onto your photos and have a photo show, or just have pics showing , where you will sleep,  just struggling a bit as they all seem to come up in the wrong order when the system tries to do it for you...
