Im new to this chat room but not new to Air bnb hosting in Kzoo.

Curious your thoughts about booking an entire home with air bnb. I typically host one bedrm apartments, occupied often.

Do any of you host an entire home? If so, Im wondering about the price point you are setting. How do you calculate the rate? I'm interested in a 31 day minimum booking as its my understanding the guest waives an occupancy tax for this length of stay. This is a small 2 bdrm 1.5 bath home. Four guests maximum. After two guests, my rate increases for the two extra guests. Please read and advise at will.

You can estimate what to charge by doing your market research to see what hosts with comparable listings in your area charge. @Tom-And-Julie2
