Advice to improve my listing

Advice to improve my listing

Hello Everyone!

Hoping I can get some advice.

My guests currently pay between R900 ($60) to R1400 ($80) per night. I have very basic furnishing of the apartment. I think this might be working as I’m able to charge lower pricing with a lower risk to me. At the same time, when I compare similar listings in the area they are charging a min of R1700 ($85) but have designs and decor elements. I’d like to increase my charge per night to R1700 ($105)

What are some of the changes I should consider to improve my listing so that I can charge a higher price?

Dear marcelle,

I have just seen your listings and honestly i can give you this 2 advices :

- contact a professional photographer to post better and brighter photo of your place.

- focus also on a more detailed description of your Airbnb with all the amenities and services that you offer.

Always be attentive to what your previous guests says that have liked and unlike to give a better service to them or just put new things in the house to attract potential guests.

This Is my personal opinion of course i don t know your area and i can t know the average price but you Will see that little by little with several 5 stars reviews you Will sell at a better price your home.

Have a good day and best regards from Italy

Andrea
