After a problem beyond my control (no internet) can I issue a temporary update somewhere on listing page so new bookers can see it is fixed / fine now?

Hello @Gordon337
I would mention that the issues with WIFI have been fixed and put the date and add this information for guests at the beginning of my description to reassure future guests.
Do you know that you can measure the WIFI speed using the Airbnb app and the strength of the WIFI is added to your listing automatically?
Here is the link on how to do this:

Yes you can reply to the guest who posted the review to confirm it's up and running again. @Gordon337

Hi Helen
Already done that. Thing is my last three guests have commented on the lack of wifi / internet . All beyond my control as ISP both messed up - the old ones NOWTV and the new ones Sky.
It has since all been deal with and is finally operation again, thank god.
But people looking at these reviews see the wifi as being poor or non existent.
So is there anywhere on the listing or anywhere else I can make bookers see that it is now all back up and running?

In addition to the other suggestions, I would take advantage of Airbnb's feature to verify and show your Wifi speed under the Amenities List. This will help reassure prospective guests about the WiFi. You can also add something to the Other Details section of your description:
Airbnb Wifi Speed Test
