Age Requirement for booking guests.

Hello, 

I recently received a request from a 20-year-old young lady for a total of (6) 20 and 21 year olds.  My setting is for 25 yr.    The request was very clear and seemed to be from a really mature young person.  I however could not convince myself to have six underage young women in the property.  I have had second thoughts about this because we all know maturity is not reserved for adults.🙂   I wondered how others handle this scenario.   Thanks.

@Sheryl194 I think the setting for over 25s that you refer to is on another site? It's not possible to set age limits on Airbnb. Hope the links above are helpful.

I take anyone over 18 which is the minimum age limit for Airbnb.  @Sheryl194 

I would probably balk at a booking for six young people particularly if you are in a party area . And would vet the booking carefully before making a decision.

what did they say was the purpose of their stay? Did they have previous reviews . Are you close to the listing? Do you have CcTV? 

in the end only you can decide what's the correct type of bookings for your listing.
