AirBnB bug in the system - customer service is of no help

I've been a super host for over 8 years, and rent a bedroom suite in my home in Los Angeles for 30+days only (no short term). After the last app update they unlisted my room and when I tried listing again, it says that I need to get a registration. My settings are for 30+ days.

I contacted AirBnB four weeks ago and first they said that I need to register, which I don't because STR ordinance registration does not apply to 30+ days rentals. I contacted the city and they confirmed. AirBnB FAQ information also says the same thing.

I contacted AirBnB again and they said that I had exceeded the 120- day rental limit, which I had not - but even if I did, it would not apply to me. Again I contacted the city and they confirmed that the limit only applies to STR. Then AirBnB placed my old registration number (from six years ago when I used to rent short term) into my listing, so when I click on to activate the listing, it says that my registration is expired.

Again I contacted AirBnB, they apologized and said that someone would be calling back within 24 hours. It has been four days.

Please, I need help listing my room again, how come AirBnB cannot figure out they own rules & regulations?

What can I do to solve this issue?

Another Host reported the same problem but in NYC. After the update and opting in early, listing suspended. He eventually got it corrected but he is not sure exactly how. He went through his entire listing updating any fields that were left blank or not completed entirely. Who knows what fixed it? You'll have to keep after customer service on this.
