Airbnb Experiences Calendar to Sync with Google Calendar

Hello, I host an experience and I am planning to host more in the near future.

I would like to know if it is anyway to sync the calendar of Airbnb and show it if I have a booking in my google calendar as it is the calendar I normally use.

Thanks for your help!

Hi all,

Popular question and the same one I have.

Can we sync our Airbnb Experience calendar with an calendar for Airbnb Experience bookings in our Google calendars?

And vice versa would be good too?

Scenario: So when we add available experience dates we can reference all our other calendars in google and look at what dates we can host an Experience using on your platform so that we get bookings easily. You guys at Airbnb get to take your 20% of funds paid by attendees. This means we are paying you for this great service and so solutions to make our bookings flow easier would make sense for all involved.

Looking forward to this function.

Thanks

J

Everyone seems to be looking forward to this solution. Does AirBnB read this posts or is it just us in the community?

I think it is just us. Airbnb either don't care or can't speak.

Hi Ivan I had the same problem with my experiences and I found a third party booking and scheduling software, they have a free version, where I can manage my planning. It's sync with Google calendar and only publish experiences when you are available on Airbnb. No need to go back and forth any more, real time saver ! The app is called Yoplanning (https://yoplanning.com/)

I thought for sure this would be available but that I just couldn't find it in the calendar settings.  I have been manually entering in my Google calendar but now that I host my experience on other platforms, I def need a better way to track them.  Having them all in one place would be ideal and in google calendar especially so we can coordinate with other events in our lives.

Is there any answer to this yet? It would be great to sync with my calendar.

Airbnb Experiences is not going to grow as "Expected";  as long as Airbnb refuses to adapt their booking calendar to sync with other calendars Eg: Google or FareHabor, etc.   I have had to pull back my experiences from this platform because of conflicting bookings and availability issues.    I can't understand how they allow the Airbnb Rental platform Calander to sync with all the other rental calendar platforms.,  However, they will not offer the same sync with the experiences platform.  I'm sure the executive board of directors and the shareholders have their eyebrows raised after reading my statement. (Today 11.3.21)  I've reached out to Airbnb for a solution.   If everyone here keeps adding to this community center message board.  We can facilitate a solution that benefits everyone, Activity providers, Airbnb, THE INVESTORS, including the guests that are missing out on these amazing experiences.  Be Safe and Stay well.
