I am a Realtor in Central Missouri and recently received a listing for and property that has been used as an Airbnb in the past. It is fairly secluded while still being 20 minutes from a local grocer. While it makes for a great home, it also has a lot of potential as a vacation/Airbnb property. I am wondering if there are any marketplaces that cater specifically to these unique opportunities? Have you all had any luck listing on a specific website or marketplace? It is currently being advertised on the local MLS, all third party sites, and paid advertisement on Facebook, but I want to ensure that it is reaching the right market. Any help would be welcomed!
