Hi 

I am new to this and have a two bed bungalow with wet room, detached garage and room for further parking,to let in Snettisham Norfolk, well situated for all amenities.  How do you set the fees? what can I expect to get per night for this property?

@Elizabeth3113 You have 2 options

1) Buy data from Airdna.com

2) Search for similar properties in your area and see what they fetch.

The former will include likely occupancy stats as well as price (I think).

Don't forget when you set a price per night Airbnb add roughly 20% on for their fees so don't think you will just get the prices advertised.
