All calendars are blocked

Have anyone experienced this when all calendars get blocked? We were trying to figure out what is going on, but CS is pretty much helpless, they keep telling that there is a specialized team, but there is no way to contact them. All our listings are blocked and no one knows what is going on.

If the specialized team is involved, then it's normal that all your listings are suspended with all calendars blocked.

You will need to wait for them to contact you first, as there is no way to directly contact that team.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating. I’ve been a dedicated host and cohost for nearly a decade, with over 10,000 successful guest stays. Airbnb truly changed my life, and I’m grateful for that, but this situation has been a hard lesson. We’re currently losing close to $2,000 a day, and I’ve had all 40+ properties unlisted by airbnb.

Despite countless calls—nearly 100 attempts to get answers—we’ve received no clear communication or resolution. My team and I are heartbroken. These properties collectively hold over 1,000 five-star reviews. Many of the landlords I cohost for are small, family-run operations who rely on this income to cover their mortgages.

This has shaken my confidence in Airbnb as a reliable platform. I sincerely hope things improve, but right now, I’m feeling deeply let down.

Hello @AZ-Housing0

I am confused to why you are posting here asking this question.

you already know why your listings are being suspended as you have already posted about this twice  before ... your listings are being suspended because some of your listings are a 4.6 or lower.

Helen, I have +40 listings, most of them are either 5 or higher than 4.8 stars. I don't even think we have a listing that is 4.6. Normally I either address the issue or drop the property, as it might be the location or age that would bring those lower reviews. The problem is that all our properties were suspended, even 5 star ones.

As @Zheng49 mentions, when the specialized team is involved, you'll have to wait until they contact you. Previous Hosts in similar situations have waited around 7-10days for a response. Most likely this involves something that violates Airbnb's policies involving one or more properties. It has always been Airbnb's policies to suspend ALL listings; not just the property involved. This is why it's advisable to list on other platforms.  I'm afraid you'll have to wait for the specialized team to contact you.

Some Common Reasons for Listing Suspension - Guest Complaints

- Safety

- Discrimination

- Violation of guest privacy

- Vulgar or abusive language (verbal or written)

- Party or noise complaint by a neighbor or even the Host

- Undisclosed (or improperly disclosed) cameras
