Your lising is confusing regarding sleeping facilities:

The listing says : 4 guests, 1 bedroom, 2 beds

Sleeping facilities show: 2 bedrooms, each with 1 single bed.

Also i suggest to add check-in and check-out times.

Your price per night is rather low ($16,- a night) and is the same for 1 or 4 guests.

You offer 20% promotional discount to first 3 bookings.

So 4 guest can stay there for $13,- per night !
