@John8436. Hi John, based on your reviews you seem to be doing everything right!. I would only suggest adding a Guidebook for those new to Canberra, especially places to eat and any local (including free) things to do. Also see if any local businesses want to give or sell at a discount their goods/services but make sure you have checked them out personally first.

Beautiful condo and excellent Reviews.

I agree with @Frances3408 create some Guidebooks.  Every Guest Review raves about your location.  Tell everyone haha.

I notice it says you greet you may want to consider two different prices for 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom need.  Hosts use an electronic lock to allow or not allow access to their 2nd bedroom.  That allows them to be more completive price wise in the couple or solo traveler.

Congratulations on your listing! It looks incredibly fresh, cozy, and inviting, beautifully presented and thoughtfully arranged. You’ve clearly put a lot of care into creating a welcoming space for guests. The only thing I noticed that could enhance it even further is a guidebook. Adding one with local tips, dining recommendations, and activity suggestions would be a great final touch. Otherwise, everything looks just about perfect, well done!
