Anyone else's place not showing when "entire place" is selected?

I noticed today that when I search for my listing online it doesn't show if the filter for "entire place" is selected. Has anyone else noticed this with theirs?

 

It shows fine without but once that filter is checked it gets removed from searches even though it's set up as being the "entire place".

Changing the listing to guest house and then entire place then hit save seems to have fixed the problem for me. It now appears correctly.

I've checked over my listing, nothing has changed, and suddenly it only appears in a search for 'rooms' but not for 'entire listing', which is what it's listed as. Airbnb hasn't figured it out yet. Has this happened to anyone? Thanks!

Yes, I have this problem in Seattle, Washington too. My two stand-alone houses are showing under ¨Rooms¨  I emailed Airbnb, but no response.     

Iḿ kinda suprised, because Airbnb is usually good about the ¨nuts and bolts¨ of marketing and getting reservations.  I hope they haven´t fired the software engineers, just to hire more woke employees...

After nearly a month of strange issues with my listing, I finally had a Customer Support person from the “Escalation Team” tell me that they were making changes to the system and things should be back to normal on November 1. I hope that’s true, because I have dealt with so many issues and many of them involved my “Rare Find”, Superhost, perfect 5 Star rated listing not showing up in searches at all. So frustrating.

FYI I haven't heard anything since yesterday, was hoping that I may have woken up to a message from the support team but unfortunately not. Has anyone else had any updates since last night?

I was hoping that my CS person would also have something for me this morning too as he told me that he was working today but no news. It's Sunday so I imagine that most of the IT department are oblivious to this major bug.  

The vast majority of listings for my town are only appearing under "rooms"  (thousands) and very very few under "entire place" (few hundred).  They don't realise how lucky they are ...

Good to know that it is affecting lots more people, obviously with this the more people we have the more urgent it becomes for airbnb

I was told not to expect reply for a while as they had to ‘close’  help requests on this topic so that they could escalate and work on issue. Something like that. Seems they’re aware of issue and hopefully it gets resolved soon. What a sh*tshow, seems global…

OK well that's good because atm I don't feel like I've  had a proper acknowledgement to say that there is even an issue. The last comms I had yesterday afternoon was asking me to check my settings so I'm glad to hear that it has been escalated. I will stay across this until it has been resolved.

Hi @Alex10983 and everyone else too,

 

I've just had a reply from my CS rep (he didn't forget about me😉) to say that the engineers are aware of the problem and working on it but he was unable to say how long it would take for our listings to appear normally again.

That's great @Joelle43 , thank you for letting us know. Was about to post myself as I noticed that someone on Twitter had reported this a couple hours ago and this was Airbnb's response

No fixed. That reply sounds like they are suggesting you have the wrong settings, not that their website is broken…

@Alex10983 When support finally called me they started by suggesting if there were any shared spaces it would not show as entire place. Patently wrong as it comes up as a room at present! Anyway the chap went away and discovered that with so many people reporting the issue it was actually already with the IT folks - They just have no timescale for a fix.
