Automated Declined Trip Request for Unit

I have a hotel room that automatically declines many trip requests (see attached photo), and I am unsure why this is happening. Initially, I assumed this issue might be due to a setting, such as requiring guests to have a profile picture; however, I checked and found that this option is turned off for this unit. I want to resolve this issue, as it is deterring potential customers from visiting my property. 

 

What could be causing this problem for my unit?

That is strange because when I go onto this listing these dates are actually still available and this type of message can occur when one or more dates are already reserved but this isn't the case for bedroom 3 water view room.

No chance that this calendar is linked to another calendar by mistake?  Initially I looked at Bedroom 2 water view and not all dates were available for Isabelle's dates so thought I had found the answer before I double checked to see that I wasn't looking at the right bedroom.  False alarm sadly.

 

You could message the guest to ask them to try reserving again as these dates are still available to book.  Blame it on a computer glitch or something!

Hopefully someone else might have the answer for you Tom but you say this happens a lot when the dates are in fact available, is that right?

Unfortunately, when this happens after two or three consecutive failed attempts, they book elsewhere. I don't blame them for finding accommodations elsewhere. It appears that I am manually declining their reservation, which I am not. 

 

I try to tell them I am not declining the booking, but I cannot find the reason why this is happening. This is why I am reaching out to the community, asking for help.

That is odd.  Do you know when she got declined?  Was there a problem with the Guest's method of payment or she couldn't even try paying?  I tried her same request and I got confirm and pay?

Not often but I got the following message when I had to Approve

Fernando needs to pay for their trip
They have 23 hours to pay, or these dates will be opened for other guests to book.

I have seen the "blank needs to pay for their trip" message before too. It doesn't seem to be that issue because these guests are automatically denied their booking.
