Barcelona long term rental

Hola! 
I am interested in renting my apartment in Barcelona long term (more than 31 days) as I understand short term is not possible without a touristic licence? If renting long term, does anyone know if there is any local council paperwork to complete or taxes to pay? Also, if anyone rents long term, do you organise for a cleaner to visit once a week and would this be included in the renters rate? Any other helpful tips on long term rental would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
