Belmar and Lake Como NJ

Hi All

I have 3 small 1 bedroom cottages in Belmar/Lake Como NJ   They are close to the Lake and about 5 min walk to the beach or an easy bike ride.   I am wondering what I can get for these cottages during the summer months?  I would rent them min 7 days.   We usually rent saturday to saturday.   Is there a way to put this in the algorithm to get a suggested rate?  ty !!!

@Valentina1556 I would suggest looking at Pricelabs.co to help you with this. They are a dynamic pricing app that can help with pricing throughout the year. I would also use the "enemy method", where you monitor your competition and see what their pricing is during different times throughout the year.

great idea @Joe771 but I would need to join.   I just want to price out this one property . I dont want to join..it says 30 day free trial but you need to actually join to get an estimate
