I'm so furious with Airbnb I can't even stand it!!! It makes me want to cry just talking about it. I have two listings. Nothing but great reviews for the last year. I think I have like 65 reviews, all of which are five stars except for maybe 4 and those are only because the people tried to get over on me and I called them out, so they gave me a bad review. My average with both listings is a 4.8, no cancellations, 100% response rate. They suspended both of my listings so I can't get bookings and they're not visible on Airbnb..this was TWO freaking weeks ago and nobody will talk to me or tell me why they have been suspended!!! I have called seven times and the only thing they will tell me is that the department that handles everything has no phone support and I need to wait to get an email
!! I'm a single mom and this is my only source of income I have two little children and I can't get any bookings and I don't know why and don't know what to do. They also took away my super host status!! Anybody have any suggestions?!? I work so hard to keep these listings up and make sure I have good ratings just for this to happen......it's pretty devastating.
No one at AirBnB ever responded to me as to why they suspended and then cancelled my AirBnB Host status. AirBnB has never responded to me as to why they did this. I was financially devastated. There seems that there is nothing to do except maybe bring suit.
You probably left a negative would not host again evaluation for your guest. This will not be tolerated. We hosted a guest who tried unsuccessfully to communicate outside the system . This irritated our guest and we knew there would be negative reviews of our home and there was. We left an honest review but asked that she never return. For this we were suspended.
@Scott1925 I suspect your suspension had nothing to do with leaving an honest review. Reading the other reviews there are some negatives associated with your listing. What did Airbnb actually say caused the suspension?

Did your situation ever get resolved? I’m going through the same experience now with my 2 listings that I rely on for financial support. A previous guest left a weapon in a drawer at the property and another guest found it while searching for coffee.
She called the local police as well as Airbnb security.
I totally understand that finding the weapon was a serious problem to which Airbnb was to follow up with the police and I gave my explanation about the situation.
Now, after 5 days, they’re not responding at all to me .
I guess I’m over being an Airbnb Superhost for almost 2 years .

I am sorry to hear this and so glad that it did not turn out so much worse and that it wasn't for example a child that found it.
We don't really use guns in this country apart from farmers shooting animals or on ranges - so I can't imagine a situation where a guest would just put a gun in a drawer rather than storing it safely
as you rely on your STR business for financial support I would focus on generating bookings from the other STR platforms you use and from your direct booking channels while you wait to hear back from Airbnb.
airbnb do have a habit of suspending hosts unfairly on spurious guest claims but in this situation the guest has a legitimate complaint.
I hope your outcome is a temporary ban rather than outright suspension.
@LaNita6 Do you have a police report you can send to Airbnb? It might help them get you up and running again soon.
I think this also shows the importance of checking every draw at every change over. We find guests leave all sorts behind and it rather suggests that the place hasn't been cleaned properly. Thankfully we have found nothing dangerous

I just had this happen to me as well for no reason. I appealed it and they said that I won the appeal and that the listing would be reactivated in 72 hours. I am still waiting for it to get reactivated and I swear TG if I lose my superhost status over it I will pull my listing from Air Bnb. Its complete and utter BS that air bnb can suspend listings for absolutely nothing. Especially for superhost who have nothing but good reviews. I am furious!

I have 6 that have gotten suspended today for no reason and no one will help me understand why. When I select "see issues" there are none. The last reviews on some of these properties are from 2017!!! There must be a larger issue happening and I have been on the phone all day with so many unhelpful support staff.
