CHANGING MAIN PICTURE

Hi can anyone help

I am doing my first listing and i need to change my main photo and put the other ones on.

Please can anyone help me by telling me how to do this.

Go to the Listings tab and click the listing. Click the photo to open the photo editor. Use the plus sign to add some more photos. The photo tour function requires that you move each photo into the correct folder that describes that room. This is important, as the information (bathrooms, bedrooms, beds and their photos) automatically pulls through to your listing description on the main page. For the same reason it's also important to tick the correct type of bed in each bedroom folder.

When you're done (everything in the correct place and all amenities ticked in each folder), click "All Photos" at the top and click your preferred cover photo. Above the photo you'll see the option "Make cover photo".

As far as I can tell, you can only do this using the Airbnb phone app, and not the web browser interface.   So, for example, you cannot do this from your laptop.

The same is true for rearranging the order of your photos.

Actually, you can choose a different cover photo on the desktop/laptop.

There is a also a workaround to remove the photo tour and go to a photo grid instead that allows you to change the order of the photos. You can also do this on the desktop/laptop.

Joan, you answered 2 of my questions and I replied in the wrong thread.   So modifying now.

Thanks for answering this question as well.  I can see that I can indeed do this on the desktop/laptop app - there must be a place that I couldn't (cant find that now, maybe the photo tour or when I was adding new photos).    Great.
