CLEANING THE APARTMENT DURING A GUEST STAY

I am new to hosting and would like to know how to deal with Cleaning the apartment if the guests have booked say for a month, and they are all men. 

How often must I clean the Place? Is once a week not reasonable, also to coincide with when I have to change bed linen?

there are no rule  re this - it is more or less up to you.

Whether the guests are men or women or a mix is really irrelevant - it pertains to what you have in your rules.

However if the booking has already been made and you have not stipulated this in your house rules, you are on less firm ground

 The guest may say for example, that they do not want ANY cleaning for the entire stay. although this is unlikely, if you have not specifically stipulate in house rules, you  now have limited opportunity.

Peronally for longer stays, I leave out extra linens, but do not offer cleaning.
