Hi Vincent that's a very nice listing - congratulations. Here are a few thoughts
First regarding the photographs, there seems to be too many that are too close to each other and don't really provide any new information. The result is watering down the effect of all of them. One loses momentum in flipping through photos when they see the same view from just a couple feet over or zoomed in just a little differently.
Next, other than the hall photos, there's no photos of either the view out the windows or of the building itself. I found myself wanting to know more about where I would be instead only knowing what the inside looked like. It made me wonder if it's a really unattractive area and that's why it wasn't included? Sometimes our minds assume the worst and if it's not unattractive, you don't want people's minds going there.
Regarding your verbiage, it is laid out nicely and does a good job of explaining the features. It sounds like a nice property.
But after the first paragraph, it started to get into feature stacking instead of building guest's emotions. The first paragraph started building some momentum, but then it stopped and got to be more of a dry feature list.
Try telling the story that the guest could imagine themselves being inside of. Just pick up where you left off the first paragraph. You can continue with your feature listing but tell a story first.
Wishing you the best, my friend!
Tom
@Vincent1859 Please be sure to share your listing again here once you've implemented some changes. Will be excited to see what it looks like!
Hi,
Great listing you have there. I like the house but it seems "cold" from the photos. Add rug in the living room & bedrooms, and add some plants to look more inviting. Good luck!
Vincent, the place looks great. Love the decorating and the seating arrangement. The photos are warm and inviting.
I echo what was said regarding "photos not repeating themselves too much" and to show what the view is like.
For photos which face the window or sliding glass doors, I suggest taking some photos when the sunlight coming in is not as intense - or you adjust the filter or exposure to reduce the glare. Then see which photos work best. (The ones you have already may be best!)
Great work.
Thanks soo much, i will implement that.
Hello! Your listing looks amazing but I personally didn’t like the photos. Immediately book an appointment for professional photography and update your listing with those. Also optimize your pricing according to your market data. You can use the built in price optimizer in Airbnb or connect to third party like pricelabs.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for this.
Good morning Vincent
wow what a fabulous listing! You have a beautiful place, I’m sure this will do really well.
a few suggestions:
* condense your photos, you don’t need that many.
* try adding a google location, so guests can see the area they will be staying in.
*maybe a couple of photos of the surrounding area and the outside of the building
best of luck 🤞
Thank you, for taking your time out to check
Hi Vincent,
I love your place. Things that you should do to make your listing better are:
1. Upload better quality pictures.
2. Add more pictures of the bathroom 3,4 and 5. Those are not giving a proper idea of the whole bathroom situation.
3. This one is optional because I personally feel you can add some colours as most of the colours I can see are in the white family which is giving a cold vibe. Make it a little warm and comfy place.
4. Add exterior pictures as well to know about the surroundings.
5. Try to remove the repeated pictures.
You have a great place. Good luck for your hosting journey.
