Can I restart my reviews by switch to a new property management company?

Hi, I am having a vacation home on Airbnb managed  by a property management company, but get bad reviews because of their cleaning and some other issue.

If I switch to a newer one, can I get a fresh start?  back to 0 reviews.

The people from the current company told me Airbnb will not delete old reviews if the ownership of the property is not changed (new policy he heard) , and suggest us to start a trust so we can change the ownership to a LLC. I did some research but seems it is not true.

BTW, how can I get the exact policy information before switch?

@Jing321 the reviews belong to the host not the listing so a new hosting company should delete your reviews. Be warned though - Airbnb take a dim view of people re-listing a problem property to avoid previous reviews so you need to hope they don't think this is what you are doing.
