Can I send videos to prospective guests?

My name is Sheila.  I have been ask by a prospective guest if I can send a video. Is that allowed on Airbnb?

Hello @Sheila847, You cannot send a video to a guest. You also cannot send photos until the reservation is confirmed.

Once a guest books your place (when the reservation is confirmed), you will be able to send additional photos to the guest (but not videos). 

There are plenty of other ways to get a sense of the space ahead of time. Encourage guests to review your listing description and photos, and tell them you’re happy to answer any additional questions they might have.

Have you had the chance to read our Hosts' comments? As they have mentioned, currently, it is not possible to send videos through the Airbnb app.
