Hi.
When sending check in info a few days before a guest arrives, I have always sent 3 images that show the parking space location and info.
I keep these images in an Album in my gallery and have done this since 2017.
Recently on my android phone when I click on the image button in the inbox it takes me to my camera reel but there's no way to access the album. Hope that makes sense. I can still do it on the iPhone app. Just not working on android. Am I missing something. I've gone through all permissions and settings and can't see anything I can do.

I'm having similar issue. When I they to upload new pictures on Airbnb, I can't see the albuns on my android phone. Can I also have some help on this issue?

The Airbnb team is already working on this. I provided them with a screenshot and info. They said it was due to a recent update. They are trying to get it fixed.

The only workaround we have discovered so far is to WhatsApp the photo between husband and myself and then it appears in 'Recent' which is the only folder that appears in the upload screen!

@Anne14673 This situation just happened to me (9/2024). Did you re-load software and empty cache, like Elisa (one of the 'community support' people) suggested?
Airbnb's 'updates' mess me about EVERY time .. all my notifications were suddently turned off .. no reason.
I contacted them 6 times and they said it was MY software + should delete and re-install. Um .. wrong.
The issue was deffo on their end. Quite frustrating.

Still the same issue.
Cloud option was preselected, and was browsing pictures in my Google Pictures, had to disable that first but still don't see albums, only default "Camera" with all pictures.
