Can i specify a check in day during peak times?

I have already set a minimum 7 night stay during my peak periods but I would like to be able to specify that this can only start on a Saturday so that bookings don't span midweek.  is there anyway i can do this for specific dates, I realise you can exclude days from check ins but I want to be able to limit this further during different dates.
