Can't block dates in calendar

For some reason I am unable to block my own calendar dates right now all of a sudden. I click the dates and the "available" and "block" buttons are grayed out on my desktop version and on my mobile app when I click on the date it says something about my calendar being controlled by IGMS but I've never subscribed or used iGMS?? I think I logged on once to check it out but decided not to use it. I just logged in and it said I used their free 2 weeks and would have to pay monthly. It can't really be possible that this is the issue b/c I think I checked this system out way back when I started Airbnbing about 3-4 years ago and this issue just came up now but is anyone else having this issue?? I have no idea what's going on.

 

Also, I had a cancellation today and the dates got released at my base rate and not the peak rate that it's supposed to be (and what the previous guest had been booked at). Luckily I don't have automatic booking turned on so I was able to decline a request to book but wth is going on with the system today?

 

Is this just a glitch now or is something new? I searched threads and don't see anything recent on this or anything that would help.

OK - I figured it out. There was some kind of synch setting on. I have no idea what it was synched to since I am not on this other system (totally sketchy!!). So, I figured out how to disconnect any synch settings through the steps below and saved and it worked. In case this happens to anyone else, leaving here. 

If you prefer to manage listing details directly on Airbnb, you can change your sync settings to Pricing and Availability Sync. If you want to manage all of your listing details in your software, you can change your sync settings to Everything Sync.

  1. Log in to your Airbnb account
  2. Go to Listings
  3. For each of the listings you’d like to edit, select the check box next to the listing name
  4. Click or tap Edit selected
  5. Choose Sync settings
  6. Select Only Pricing and Availability or Everything and click or tap Save

 I had a similar problem early on. Somehow my calendar was synced to something, I never knew what.
