Can't find my listing

I've been hosting successfully for approx 7 years. My reservations have come to a stand still. I drastically reduced my price and still just crickets. Never thought my listing would be ghosted, but I can't find it anywhere.....what gives???? I have excellent reviews, very competitive pricing......help!!!!!!!!!!

Hi , I can completely relate to you as I am having the same experience after hosting just for a month . I am unlisted and no help from support despite following up very closely. Not knowing what to do . It would be great if sone one from the community can help members like us .

I am unlisted without any information, left in dark and stuck . I have reached to support countless time but they would just keep closing the ticket without any resolution being provided. Honestly I was shocked to see such support mechanism

I just viewed your listing “Peacock Condo” and had the option to book…so you have not been unlisted.

I have had the same issue. My very high performing listing has been disappearing on and off since October. In October, a Customer Support person finally told me that there were bugs/glitches with the new Winter Release and it would all be rectified in November. But, it is still happening to me on and off…lately, especially when I create a price promotion. Each time this happens I am just relentless in messaging Customer Support and sending screen shots and I always initially get a “scripted answer” about search results always changing, but I persist and explain that I am a Superhost, Guest Favorite, have high ratings, etc and that there is no way that I should disappear all together. It takes a few tries to get someone to listen and about a week for them to correct the issue until it happens again!

Hi @Marianne765,

I just went to your profile & your listing is right there. I even had the option to book. If you had been unlisted it is now fixed. 
Very nice place by the way. Love the cover picture with all the snow! Here in the upper midwest haven’t needed the shovel yet! 🎿🌨️
