Can't find remaining Quick Replies templates?

Hello fellow hosts. I was in the middle of creating my Quick Replies. After adding a few, using the standard templates provided, the remaining templates disappeared from my view. When I click on "Messages", "Settings", "Manage Quick Replies", I now only see the few that I created for my listing, but the remaining templates disappeared. For example, I can't find the standard templates for "Before checkout", Late checkout available", Checkout instructions" and "After departure". Does anyone know why? Thank you, Jeff.

Thanks for raising this — you're definitely not alone. A few hosts, including myself, have experienced similar issues with the standard Quick Replies templates disappearing after creating custom ones.

Sometimes, Airbnb’s system temporarily hides the default templates once you've started personalizing your own. I recommend trying the following steps:

Log out and log back in to your Airbnb account — this can refresh the view.

Use a different device or browser, as some hosts have reported the templates reappearing on mobile but not desktop (or vice versa).

Clear your browser cache, as saved data can occasionally interfere with how certain features load.

If none of these work, I suggest reaching out directly to Airbnb Support. They can usually reset or restore the default templates for your account.
