I can't see recent posts from my guests, also now I can't even see my calendar

Is this on your phone or your desktop or both?

 

Did you opt-in early to the new software?

On my phone, and no I didn't get any new software. This just started today. A guests messaged me with a question and I was unable to send a response. It kept saying error, try again, and then nothing.

Not sure if you are able to use a laptop/desktop, but I would try that.

 

Some portions of the new software are now on the entire platform. Suggest if you can't access via a desktop, then try deleting the App and reinstalling it.

 

If that doesn't work, try:

 

  • Log out (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Close all browser windows/tabs (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Open ONE new window (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Clear cache and cookies and browser history (on all affected devices/browsers)

Log in with email associated with your Airbnb account (not your phone number)

 

 

Thank you for your advice. I'm really nervous about deleting anything! Don't want to loose my info. But I guess if I log out and reinstall it should be fine. I called air BNB and they said they were having problems on their end and it was going to be fixed that day, that was three days ago.

You will not lose any information by deleting an re-installing the App. It just forces the most current App revision to reload.

Thanks for reaching out. I haven't done what she suggested yet. So nervous I'll loose info. I think I'm going to put the app on another phone first, then log in, and delete mine and start over.  We will see! Air BNB said they were having issues in their end, but it was supposed to be fixed, already.

You will not lose information by deleting and reinstalling the App...it just forces the App to upload the latest revision. I'm guessing Airbnb is doing ALOT of App revisions due to all the bugs in the new release 05/13/25.
