Canceling or skipping a specific instance of a scheduled message, for one guest (not cancelling it for all guests)
Hi. My scheduled message is due to go out at 9am, however the guest has already departed. I dont want to annoy him with my automated 'instructions for check out' message so I'd like to skip the message for this particular guest - not completely delete this scheduled message for all future guests. Can somebody tell me how to do this?
many thanks.

Hi @Libby26
Yes...you can cancel a scheduled messaged from being sent:
- Go to the last message you have with guest
- click the + sign to the left
- Choose Scheduled Messages
This will take you to several options for the message like "Send Now" or "Skip"
