Cancellation policies that vary depending on the date

I manage the property and the owner has said,

"Hey Peter

I'm looking to book in Italy for October this year and I'm seeing cancellation policies that vary depending on the date. 

I've also seen others that weren't in your list.

Can we investigate?"

He is not happy with the cancellation policies that are available in Airbnb for his listing and wants to know how we get access to the alternative policies he has seen when investigating his trip to Italy.

Please help.

Hello @Ross139 

We obviously don't know which cancellation policies your client is referring to but on the link below are listed ALL the possible variants that hosts can choose from and there are many!  There have been some new additions along the way so maybe he hasn't seen these:
