I contacted Airbnb support and they informed me that I need to change the calendar through my property management software (PMS).
The issue is, I don't have a PMS. I'm starting to wonder if PriceLabs could be blocking my ability to open or close nights, but I can't find any options in PriceLabs to do this. PriceLabs also states that they don't have the capability to block or open nights, and that these changes need to be made through a PMS.
I'm at a loss on how to resolve this. Has anyone else encountered this issue or know why this might be happening? Interestingly, not all my listings are affected, just about half, which is quite significant.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
@Esrevinu0 I recommend checking your PL settings, though they primarily manages pricing, just check and ensure that there are no other settings that might control calendar availability. If these steps don’t resolve the issue, it might be helpful to reach out to Airbnb support again to ensure that there isn’t a misunderstanding or a technical issue on your end and you are only using PL for pricing not for calendar management. Send them a screenshot on what you see on your end and what your PL shows. Hope this helps!
Hi @Esrevinu0 , Were you able to edit your calendar? Have you gone ahead with @Alicia753 's advice of checking relevant settings and reach out to Airbnb Customer Support with a screenshot?
@Alicia753 after contacting AirBnB support for the past few days. The reason I can't edit my calendar is because apparently my AirBnB is connected to iGMS which is something i never connected to.
An Ambassador told me to go to my professional hosting tools to disconnect. But this did not solve anything.
So I sent an email to iGMS to see why AirBnB thinks they are my PMS and disconnect it if possible.
I'll give an update when I can for anyone having the same issue
Hi @Esrevinu0
I believe this is because PriceLabs has a partnership integration with IGMS. I would contact PriceLabs again. I think when you initially signup with PriceLabs, they offer the IGMS software also:

Hi @Esrevinu0 , Hope you're doing well! I just wanted to check in since our last conversation since it's been a while. Did it get resolved after reaching out to iGMS? What did they say?
