We have recently moved to a new unit, but still within the same community. The only thing that has changed is the building number. How do I update the building number on our listing? I don't have to recreate the listing do I? Thanks in advance for your input! James
Hello @James3798 I went through this around a year ago, and moved streets but remained very much within the same location I was.
I had a very helpful and competent CS Staff member, Camilla, who helped me, unfortunately it has been a nightmare since with trying to get paid and I've 12 months on still not been paid bc subsequent people accessing my file have not comprehended the situation.
Make sure you advise all guests who may have booked or are pending that you are changing address and ask them to confirm in writing they have read it.
Note it in your listing that you are in the same location but at a different address from xyz Month and year so it's transparent.
I can understand and appreciate the challenges one goes through with not knowing quite how to address such a small change especially when one is still in the same Location with the same attractions and the same positive and appreciative Reviews!!
All the best and ask for a Data Request of your files of your exisiting address and put as much as you can in writing to CS so it's recorded in writing for future references.
