Changing my property category

my listed property is a full house, but the category is showing "Room with access to shared space"

Then you have choosen the wrong property type and/or accommodation type, which you can select in the editor.

It's the one with the title below:

"Beautiful 5-Bedroom Modern Home in Lea Hill"

Change "accommodation type" in the editor from "room" to "entire place"

I do not see "accommodation type". Only "property type" option is available. There, I can see "category type" showing "Room". However, it's not giving me the option to edit this. I talked to airbnb customer care and had me submit a ticket. Apparently, this something only a specific team of theirs can update.

If you are unable to change this, you might have to contact Airbnb CS to remove the Room Category designation.

@Joan2709 @Emilie Everything on your screenshot looks the same as what I see. It's what comes after that (see below). The category shows Rooms. I still haven't heard back from Airbnb yet.

Login to your Airbnb account

Open another browser tab and enter: https://elevate.translated.com/categories

Click the X next to "Rooms" to remove category - It will say pending:

The category "Room" has now been removed! Thank you all

One last thing... How do I get the below items removed as well? only a room was listed at first. Then I changed it to the full house.
