Hi @Kim4600 ! Adding a cleaning fee on Airbnb is quite simple. Just follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Airbnb account and go to Hosting Dashboard.
2. Click on Listings from the menu.
3. Select the listing you want to add the cleaning fee to.
4. Scroll down and find Pricing.
5. Under the Price and availability section, look for Fees.
6. You’ll see the option to add a Cleaning Fee—just enter the amount you want to charge.
7. Make sure to save your changes.

Keep in mind that the cleaning fee is a one-time charge applied per booking, so it won't increase with the number of nights booked. It's a good way to cover your cleaning expenses!

@Oksana127 I have the same question as Kim. I came here because there aren't any options in my Pricing section other than to change the daily rate and add discounts.

This is totally wrong. You cannot get to the cleaning fee by way of the Listing tab, you have to go to the Calendar tab to start, then do this:

Edit cleaning fees on desktop

Click Calendar and select the listing you want to change
Click Price settings
Under Additional charges, click Fees
Click Cleaning fee and make your changes
Click Save

For me there is one section pricing and one availability and neither seem to have the cleaning fee. Is there another tip you could share?

You have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the Availability Tab on the Calendar. You'll see "Addl Fees". Click that and you'll see cleaning fees.

There will be two options, short term (2nights or less) and long term. Up to you if you want them to be different. We make long term $1 more as they can't be the same.
