I want to set up a company to cover my listing(s) , a couple questions :
1. do I set up as a limited company or property management company
2. how often do you do your taxes ?

@Gabriel3276 You should research the laws that apply to your country. I recommend that you choose the company model where you will pay the least tax according to the tax laws that are valid in both the company establishment and your region.
We regularly process our standard tax transactions for each Airbnb Reservation we receive.
Governments want to collect taxes and in this direction they track all revenues, if you want to do a long-term permanent project and do not want to deal with tax examinations in the future, I recommend you to do your taxes regularly.

This is a good question - and likely best answered by your accountant. They can set you up with a company situation which is appropriate and legal. They can also do your taxes for you, which must be done as your law requires. You may need to file quarterly as well as annually, depending on your laws and what type of business structure your accountant chooses.
