@Sandeep80 Sandeep it is very unclear if your property is a room by room listing with the host in house or a whole listing for fourteen people , if both then have two separate listings or decide which is best , fourteen people rarely travel together , so do not expect bookings very often . If you can live on the property then it would be better to airbnb by room . As others have said , put in a profile of yourself your hobbies and other facilities on your property... good luck .. H
Hello @Sandeep80
As a first-time Airbnb host pricing is just one aspect of a successful listing, start low. Check how much your competitors are charging in your location. You might have to initially offer your home at a price below its market value.
Add discounts so your property gets booked faster. As a new listing promotion, offer a 20% discount for your first three bookings, a 10% weekly discount for guests who book at least seven nights, or a 25% monthly discount for stays of more than 28 nights.
Give excellent customer service, accurate and appealing listing descriptions, great photos are also critical components for attracting guests and ensuring positive experience.
Highlight your unique selling points. It could be a beautiful view, proximity to popular attractions, unique amenities or local recommendation.
Promote your listing on social media platforms, local community groups, travel forums. Just copy your unique Airbnb link and share.
Hope this helps. Good luck and Happy Hosting!
As @Patricia2526 look at your competitors listings you need to fill in a lot more information on your listing @Sandeep80 including;
1. What sort of guests your place is suitable for
2. You need to describe your rooms and amenities in your listing
3. You need to describe your local area - what attractions are nearby? are there nearby cafes and shops?
You also need to complete your host profile and upload a photo.
