Creating a website that a booking agent can be added

hello Everyone, 

I am totally new to this and would like to build a basic website that can take bookings via a booking tool that will allow websites like airbnb ect to synchronise the calendar .

anyone who has done this can you please advise me on which is the best sites without costing a fortune, as I am just starting out and I am trying to keep cost down.

@Sybe  hey, I am so sorry, I had started to reply and must have gotten side tracked. 

the company smoobu have a good offer for €15 per month  offering channel manger, stripe, website builder and many more features.  I am going to continue to carry out some more research as I am still trying to find my way around pricing the house etc.
