Hi.
Our new listing is doing OK at weekends but is not busy midweek.
May I have some feedback please, if anyone has time?
My listing is here: https://www.airbnb.co.uk/rooms/1203049910626433367
Thank you!

Ciao @Adriana1144 ,
beautiful tower! I imagine there is a fantastic view from above! Why don't you add some photos of the terrace and maybe some chairs and a table to enjoy the view while having an aperitif?
Here are some tips on how to best photograph your home:
good luck!

Good idea, thanks. I'll wait for some bright blue skies though .... in England, that might be some wait 😉
Hi @Adriana1144,
What a stunning location! 😍
In addition to the advice Andrea has shared with you, I wanted to see if some of our other hosts might have more feedback: @Calvin173 @Bea2137 @Karen114 @Dr-Jayanthi1 @Thomas3789 - what do you think?
Thanks everyone for your help!

Hi @Adriana1144,
What an incredible property! This is such a unique property and experience, I wonder if you can really push that with Airbnb. Airbnb seems to really emphasize experiences and unique places to stay. I think your location fits that idea!
To continue to increase your bookings, here are a few ideas:
Hope this helps! Happy hosting!
Point 3, up-sell at either end, is a great idea! The incremental cost to us is small (it does cost about £10/night in electricity because there is an electric Aga) so why not? I'll try it!
@Adriana1144 What a lovely property! Like @Thomas3789 mentioned work on your midweek rates.
You have a lot of opportunity with your headline, how about something like this for headline
"Exmoor Natl Park Secluded Tower Rooftop Patio"
Everyone loves a rooftop patio; so I would trick that out and make it part of your unique amenities.
I would also include pics of surrounding attractions. I love how you made it abundantly clear about the steps and the steep hill in your description. Do you have a pic of the barbeque area in the woods that guests love? I would play that up.
