Hi @Viral14 I'm a superhost in the UK with over 10 years' experience, I've also been an Airbnb guest numerous times, so these are my comments from both a host and guest perspective.
1) The details say one private bathroom, but the photos show two bathrooms - is one of them shared? If so, this has to be clear.
2) Can't see any books in the 'shared library' - it looks like a single bedroom (and remove the clutter on top of the wardrobe)
3) Bathroom photos - always always with the toilet seat down!
4) Photos No.7&8 of a bedroom, it looks like the cupboards/wardrobe are crammed with stuff.
5) Looks like both bedrooms have balconies, but no photos (and no furniture on the balconies?)
6) The roof terrace looks FABULOUS, BUT office swivel chairs are not roof terrace furniture, you need something like rattan chairs (with cushions) and tables, for anyone to be able to actually enjoy the terrace.
7) You need to say how high the property is and what access (lift / stairs?)
😎 You need to say how many other guests might be using the shared spaces.
9) What's the huge mirror(??) in the kitchen with a giant fly swat(??)
10) Get smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms. I would never ever book an Airbnb without these basic safety standards. You should be extremely concerned for guest safety, as you could be sued in the event of death or injury. Get insurance.
