Hello. I am new to Airbnb and I have just added my listing 5 days ago. I am renting a tiny house in a full private place , 5 min away on foot to the beach, and I need your assistance on how to be more visible to the future guests and book my place , I understand that I am new and I don’t have any reviews and it’s a bit difficult to book somewhere without reviews. Yesterday I read somewhere here about the discounts and I added some eg weekly 18% monthly 43% plus the 20% for new listings.
thanks in advance

Hi @Andonia0
I tried to find your listing when searching for Himara as a whole, but I didn't see it in the first number of pages. You're asking specifically about price, and I think that may be an issue here. Most of the first page listings for 2 guests on the weekend I tested (7 to 9 November) were cheaper than yours (and as you say, most have reviews which may help). Keep in mind that your long stay discounts would not have affected my search for a 2-night stay, so you may place higher in those searches.
I think you should do a search and see which listings are similar to yours and what they charge - I don't know the area but it's possible that you're ranking low because the price is too high.
Some of the other listings also look very professional - you may want to identify some close by that you'd like to compete with, and see whether you can find things about those listings that you can use in your own.
Welcome! It's hard getting started, I'm only a week or so into hosting and it's not easy, I have two listed properties. I had to get some professional photos shot and rewrite my description a couple times, and some people cancel or don't show. Work what you think best will sell people on your property, good luck! it'll will come around for you.
