Critique my listing- Andres in Philippines with my listings in Ecuador =)

Our ViewsOur ViewsHello Airbnb family, 😊

I hope my message finds you well.

I started to handle a resort (Hosteria in Spanish in my homeland). It has 3 cabanas with a capacity for 13 people, a restaurant in place, big parking, a few minutes from a volcano, forest, farm animals, and nice views.

I joined them on Jan 11th and we started receiving some reservations after my optimization, but I'm pretty sure there are more hosts with this kind of property and their tips or suggestions would be a lot for me. hehe (If you don't have this kind of property and you want to give me any suggestions, I would appreciate it too)

These are the links that I created so far.

Many thanks for your support and time,

Andres

Hi @Andres644

Looking great!

This listing comes up first when I search for Penipe, 2 guests. So you should have no trouble getting bookings:

You could finetune things by taking a look at the arrangement of your photos in the listings' photo tours. It's important to have exactly the right photos in the right folders, because some of that information automatically pulls through to your listing title (number of beds, bedrooms) and to the "where you'll sleep" section of the front page.

If you look at your first listing, it presently shows a Jpeg with text under "where you'll sleep" (it should show a photo of the bed). The second listing has a photo of the exterior of the property because that photo is presently in the "bedroom" folder of your photo tour. If you go to the photo tour and correct this, it will automatically show a photo of the bed as it should (although it won't update right away - you'll have to wait a few hours for the front page to correct itself).

Hope it helps!

Thank you for coming to the Community Center and sharing your amazing photographs, as well as your listings @Andres644

I'm not sure if we'll reach hosts with the exact same kind of set up, but I can certainly tag some experienced hosts who may be able to offer some support -  @Nathan146@Rosanna51 and @Shelley159 - what do you think to Andres listings (and stunning photos)? 😊

Hi Andres644

The property looks amazing. I see the good reviews have started. Great job! it’s the type of property I would love to visit as a traveller. The surrounds are wonderful. The discounts and pickup /taxi services are very attractive. I really don’t don’t have anything to critique here. I wish you all the best with the new venture!!

Hi Rosanna,

Thank you for your feedback.

Have a nice day!

Andres 😃
