Hey everyone, Happy New Year!
My husband and I just started renting out a “granny” flat that is attached to our home. We would love to hear your feedback on our listing. What could we improve, is there something we are doing alright..?
When we put the listing online, we immediately got four bookings. One of them is here now, the others arrive tomorrow, the next ones on Friday and then a booking for November. But since then we haven't gotten anything new. I changed the title photo to a photo of the living room (it was the view before), should it be something else?

Additionally, I am so “self-conscious” about the apartment, as there is only one window that is above ground. Do you think it's still okay? My sister helped us with the interior design, and she says it turned out great for an apartment that is partially underground, but I am worried that her opinion is biased :'D

You space is very unique and has a lot of potential!
You exterior photos are very good. I would maybe add a photo of the exterior of the space that the guest would be staying so that they do not mistakenly believe they are staying in the building directly in view from the terrace.
If you have the ability to create a photo tour and group your photos by room that would probably give a better impression of how the space is laid out. If you don't have that feature available, I would still organize your photos by putting the photos for each room together.
You should caption all of your photos so that the guest knows what they are looking at. You also have a lot of photos that are or are almost duplicates...I would remove the duplicates.
Some of your photos show up as dark or yellow. You may want to invest a little bit into getting professional photos taken. Professional photographers will have equipment to properly light the photos.
You may want to lean into the "air raid shelter" angle a bit and include that as a feature that makes your property unique. Many guests are looking for that sort of unique experience. I would maybe even put something like "Former Air-Raid Shelter!" in my listing title.
I would maybe find another piece of furniture to place the television on other than a side table ( or even mount it to the wall), I would just be careful to make sure that the cords are kept tidy. I would also think about putting somethin in the blanks space beside the TV...maybe a small lounge chair if you have room, or some sort of art on the wall.
Just some ideas to maybe get you some more bookings.

Sorry I forgot to add my thoughts on your Title photo. I would use the view from the terrace with the mountains ins the background as you cover photo. This seems to be the highlight of your space, just be sure that it does not misrepresent your space as the building in view.
But, if you lean heavily into the "air raid shelter" angle, I would use a photo that highlights that feature of your space as your cover photo, as long as it is visually appealing.
