Hello fellow Hosts! My name is, Emily and I am from Alabama. Been a host for a year now and would like to get some feedback on how to get more bookings for our space. It is pretty unique and definitely more of a "niche" type stay. That said, we have had over 700 views in the past month and only 2 new bookings. I obviously need help with the listing.

@Emily2238 Your listing is gorgeous! I didn't find anything to suggest. Your caledar appears to be blocked for the forseeable future. There were no open dates all though the summer.
Woops, from our profile link the calendar was blocked but not from the link you put here. All looks good on this link.
@Andrea6232 I have added Captions to all my photos AND am now best friends with an AI chat bot! What an amazing tool that is. Thank you for your advice. It was very good.

You have an amazing property!
What I would suggest though if I reas your great reviews maybe rethinking if the space is what your market is for the property?
Your happy guests are families with children and it looks like a lot of short stays for just a couple. I didn't see any mention of an adult group of 7.
Good observation @Marie8425 ! We just added the second room 3 weeks ago allowing for 7 ppl instead of 4 to have a bed. So hopefully our addition will start paying off soon with larger groups booking stays.
Sorry didn't explain myself right I wasn't questioning how many people I was suggesting maybe think more parents with kids because they love your place. Happy Guests are the best advisors. lol
Hi @Emily2238 , as other hosts said, your listing is truly gorgeous 😍
Also the photographs looks so artistic! Did you click them yourself?
As host Andrea suggested below, having enticing photo captions adds to the information for guests. Did you get a chance to add captions to your listing photos?
All the best with your listing 🌻
Photographs have driven me about mad. Some of the photos are mine, but most are from a photographer we hired to come take them because I could never seem to get good lighting. Neither did she. The space is weird when photographed for some reason. They are always so dark, or they look over saturated. Anyway, I can't say that I am thrilled with them, but they were expensive to have had made so they will have to do for at least another year when I will try again with another photographer.
And Yes, I did add captions to the photos. That was great advice!
Thanks for sharing your experience @Emily2238 ! It's great to hear that you added captions to the photos.

No, I haven't seen that! But that is very good information for me. Thank you. I will save that.
No worries! Host @Andrea6232 who shared below the tips about captions also created a wonderful guide on listing photos. I'll drop it here as well in case you're looking forward to improve the photographs in future :
