Hello, I am new to hosting and I would like some assistance with creating house rules and instructions. We will only be renting once a year during Augusta Masters golf tournament. I currently have no rules setup. if you notice anything else that we can do suggestions are welcome. Thanks

Hello @Beatrice641 

The best way to set up your house rules is to look at similar listings in your location. Generally cover late night noise, no-one at the listing who hasn't booked etc.
