Hi everyone!
I started hosting at the beginning of this month and have had one booking so far. Since I’m still new to this, I’d really appreciate any suggestions or advice on how to increase bookings - whether it’s about my description, photos, pricing, or anything else that could help improve my listing.
Thank you!

Suggestions:
Use the Airbnb New Listing Discount Airbnb boosts your listing.
Identify your target market then tweak your description and photos to that market.
A couple with 2 children staying a week. Take out community showers and include your beautiful private shower.
Show how spacious, traveling with two kids you don't want to be stepping over them to get in the fridge haha.
Also, when you travel with kids your mind is on does the refrigerater hold a gallon of milk. can we unplug in the evening make hamburgers relax comfortably. laundry just in case, plastic dishes just in case. families usually have a dog and dog boarding for a week is an expense, family sites, activities, great pizza place, ice cream parlor.
A cool thing, glamping is usually kids want to camp and mom wants a bathroom haha. In the kids room do like a white noise machine that is pretty nature sounds..
Hi Marie,
I really appreciate your feedback! I think adding some info for families with kids could be a great idea to try.
And I love the noise machine suggestion!
Thank you so much!
