@Kirk19 , as the other two have already stated, your reviews may be the reason why you are not getting any bookings. I know if I was a guest searching for a place to stay I would not bother to view any listings that had less than a 4.8 rating. Furthermore, your new listing needs much improvement: layout, design and clutter. Actually, all of your listings need some improvement (sorry to say). But it seems the main issue with some of your past guest is the host interaction or lack thereof.
Hope you find a remedy suitable to you and most importantly, your potential guest(s).
@Kirk19 Would you rent a place from a host who gets reviews like you have? With a lot of places to choose from I know I wouldn't.
I had a look at your (many!) reviews, which seem to be for other properties.
And although there many very good ones, there are also some less favouable ones. And those unfavourable ones are too many, and the concerns mentioned too serious. Any host can experience the odd difficult guest, or have a review they don’t deserve, but when there are this many, I think this might put some guests off.
Also, I could not find any text about the listing?
